Mac Rumors reports via LogicielMac.com that Snow Leopard requires an Intel processor. This would confirm the rumor that PPC support will be dropped in the next iteration. Mac Rumors offers the caviat (which I agree) that this is an early build of Snow Leopard while the final product may still include it. Dropping PPC support would help slim down the bloat of the current Leopard, which many speculate as a major selling point of the upcoming OS.
